Drop-in office hours are offered on a first-come-first-served basis Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-3pm. Or if you see our door open, feel free to drop in! We’re located in RCC 372, right next door to the Prac.

Many ProCom courses have an open lab / studio time where you can seek technical guidance and advice from staff. This is the best time to meet with us if you have a quick question or clarification about how anything works.

Book an Appointment

Sometimes our office hours get too busy, and we might not get to see you. That’s why we also offer bookable appointments! There are both in-person, and virtual appointments available throughout the week. Our advisors have different specialties though, so be sure to see below for who we recommend you book an appointment with.

NOTE: We understand that sometimes things happen, and. you can’t make your appointment. In that case please cancel it through Google Calendar. We will wait up to 5 minutes for virtual appointments, after which the appointment will be cancelled and you will have to schedule another.

If the other options aren’t available to you, send us an email! The inbox is monitored from 10am-5pm, Monday through Friday. It may take 24-48 hours to reply, depending on demand.

Be sure to include your course code and section, as well as a screenshot of the issue you’re having. On MacOS, you can screenshot with “cmd+shift+4”. On Windows, search for the “Snip & Sketch” tool.
