ProCom students can get specialized help from our creative technology staff. 

Chat with us In-Class

Many ProCom courses have an open lab / studio time where you can seek technical guidance and advice from staff. This is the best time to meet with us if you have a quick question or clarification about how anything works.

Attend a Drop-In

Drop-in office hours are offered on a first-come-first-served basis Tuesday-Friday, from 12-5pm. Our office is located at RCC 360J, just around the corner from the practicum centre.

If the other options aren’t available to you, send us an email! We generally take 24-48 hours to reply to requests, though that may be longer on weekends.

Be sure to include your course code and section, as well as a screenshot of the issue you’re having. On MacOS, you can screenshot with “cmd+shift+4”. On Windows, search for the “Snip & Sketch” tool.
