If you need support you can email us at production@torontomu.ca. This email account is monitored weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. During operating hours we typically respond within an hour.
Be sure to include your course code and section, as well as a screenshot of the issue you’re having. On MacOS, you can screenshot with “cmd+shift+4”. On Windows, search for the “Snip & Sketch” tool.
In Person
If you’d like to meet with a production staff member in person we will have some drop in sessions scheduled for the semester.
