Campaign Poster with Photoshop

For the fourth stage of our campaign project, we will use adobe photoshop. Adobe Photoshop is a photo editing and manipulation software widely used to create and change images for web pages, ads and publications.
We will use this software to prepare our campaign poster’s image, create our sign, and test it using a mock-up asset.

Workshop Outcomes

Our client has requested:

  1. A preview of our poster in .jpg format
  2. A mock-up of the poster on a billboard.

Skills You’ll Develop

By the end of this workshop, you will be able to

Prepare:

  • A folder and subfolders that will host your assets and project documents.
  • A project file into which you will place an external image.
  • By navigating through the panels and tools in the Photoshop environment.

Create:

  • An image that has been manipulated to be used in your campaign poster.
  • Your campaign poster, with text.
  • A billboard mock-up of your project.

Export:

  • Your poster as a .jpg file.
  • A mock-up of an application of your poster as a .jpg file.
