A number of the ProCom fleXlabs have gaps where they sit unused. These slots can now be booked, on an occasional basis, by ProCom instructors who have been scheduled into general purposes classrooms. These gaps should be used for pedagogically-impactful teaching moments where instructors require HyFlex teaching time to rotate through groups, provide hands-on workshops, etc…

Steps to reserve this space:

1. Check the room calendar (below)

   Input your time(s) below to see if it’s available. Many of our labs have open ‘gaps’ where they aren’t in use for required BA/MPC courses.

2. Await approval

   Most BA / MPC required courses are approved in 1-2 business days. Others will be considered on a case-by-cases basis, but we aim to keep the rooms as actively used as possible.
