Getting started: Recording presentations using Panopto

Panopto is a secure Ryerson-hosted presentation recording and distribution system. It is critical that you log into Panopto before your first class.

  1. Before class starts, login to Login with your Ryerson credentials.
  2. To receive email notifications, choose: username > User Settings and check “Send me notifications when sessions finish processing.”
  3. If you ever forget your Ryerson password or have trouble logging in, consult this CCS guide.

Prepare your presentations:

The podium features a Mac computer with Apple keynote and PowerPoint. A presentation clicker is provided. The podium is high definition, 16×9 widescreen. To make your presentation widescreen, follow our guide.

Accessing your presentations:

After a presentation has been shared with you, Panopto will send you a private link to your email. If it doesn’t, login to with your CAS credentials.
