Technology Support Options Overview

How To Get Help:

Email support

Depending on how complex your question is, email is a great resource for quick questions that aren’t answered at procomtechnology.ca. Send a note to procomtech+help@ryerson.ca with any quick questions, we typically respond in 24 hours or less.

Drop-in technology office hours

Drop-in office hours are the perfect opportunity for you to ask us quick (+/- 5 minutes) questions that don’t require much preparation. For more complex issues, we ask that you schedule an appointment so that we can look through your work with you.
Location: RCC 360J
Hours: Monday – Friday 9 AM – 12 PM

Drop-in technology support is available out of RCC 362B from 9am – 2pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

This option is best for more advanced questions that require a bit of heads-up/research at our end. Book an appointment

Remote assistance

Attend an office hour appointment anywhere using the TeamViewer remote support client. TeamViewer allows for support by one computer viewing and controlling the actions of another. Download the software here and connect with us to set up a remote session. You will be provided with an access code that will allow us to connect and provide you with the help you need.
