Step 1Step 2Accessing your Panopto-recorded presentations
Panopto is a secure Ryerson-hosted presentation recording and distribution system. It is critical that you log into Panopto before your first class.

Estimated completion time: <2 mins

    1. Before class starts, login to Login with your username and password.
    2. If you prefer to receive an email when your presentations are ready to play back, click your username > User Settings and check off “Send me notifications when sessions finish encoding”.
    3. You have now completed the initialization process. If you ever forget your Ryerson password or have trouble logging in with it, consult this CCS guide.

The Podium features a Mac computer with Apple keynote, PowerPoint and Chrome (advised for Google slides). A presentation clicker is provided to advance slides. The podium is high definition, so any presentation that does not use 16×9 (“widescreen”) won’t fill the screen in its entirety. To make your presentation widescreen, follow our guide.
After a presentation has been shared with you, Panopto will send you an email to your private link. If it doesn’t, login to with your CAS credentials.
